Jean was able to squeeze me in to fix an "oops" from the sales department from 2 months prior (Sold me the car without a wheel lock key). She was friendly, very knowledgeable, and handled everything needed sales department from 2 months prior (Sold me the car without a wheel lock key). I should have had valet service, but it wasn't available for another 3 weeks when I would be out of town and 6 weeks after my service was due. The dealer did not have any genesis cars as loaners.
