Terrible communication for a long term service problem. I got absolutely no information in the almost 6 months my car was in for service, unless I asked for it. Was very difficult to get updates. When I contacted the service manager, it was simply pushed back to the front desk guy who was not helpful and very condescending. When I finally got the call that my car was done - no one could find it. They sent me out to "try to find it" - which I could not. Car was not cleaned up at all after a long time being at the dealer.
