Branden dropped the ball with service follow up so therefore lost my trust. After 6 weeks, he finally had the service repair done after I gave him a date that it HAD to be done by as I had enough wit therefore lost my trust. Yes, I understand that my car was a special diagnosis....I get that you are short handed and I get that parts are back ordered but after so many excuses, I realized Branden was not prioritizing properly and my car was being put on the back burner. Brought car in on Oct. 8th for a recall after waiting almost 2 1/2 weeks for the appt and finally was able to pick up my car on 11/19. After spending almost $3,000. I would have expected better. Branden didn't even make sure that my car had a car wash as I was promised. Badly handled and Badly done!!! More

The work done (install new trailer hitch) was done well and at the time expected. Brandon did a great job confirming costs so there were no surprises. The service is always fine but what I do not understand is why Boucher charges for services they do not perform. If there was no car for valet service, then why charge for it.
