The guys at the used car center were honest and straight forward. John Kemmer was great, as were all of the staff we worked with. I had my Genesis towed in due to a problem with the shifter knob not engaging, and though Dan Doble had told me the worst case scenario with getting my car fixed, the part did come in and they were abl shifter knob not engaging, and though Dan Doble had told me the worst case scenario with getting my car fixed, the part did come in and they were able to get my car fixed. I'm one that prefers to know the worst case scenario and then be surprised that the job gets done sooner than expected, than to hear that it's only going to be a few days to get my car fixed and have it turn into weeks before repairs are done. Communication and directions were clear when I was at the dealership. My only gripe was that I was initially told when booking that it would take 1-2 hours but when I dropped the car off, I was told it would dealership.
