Communication and directions were clear when I was at the dealership. My only gripe was that I was initially told when booking that it would take 1-2 hours but when I dropped the car off, I was told it would dealership. I watched as most of the staff in the service department were rude and disrespectful to customers/potential customers. Jean and Brandon being the worst of the bunch! Andy was a gem and answered all my quest were rude and disrespectful to customers/potential customers. Jean and Brandon being the worst of the bunch! Andy was a gem and answered all my questions. My car has low mileage and for some reason my brakes were a mess, little ridiculous if you ask me! My car was fixed/tuned/checked within a good amount of time, huge bonus! Will probably leave the Boucher family once my lease is up! Every time I am there something negative happens around me and it’s just not a good look! Sad! More

My appointment was for a manufacture recall to check proper torque procedure performed during initial assembly. The procedure to check this takes time so they provided a loaner. There was a brief wait proper torque procedure performed during initial assembly. The procedure to check this takes time so they provided a loaner. There was a brief wait as the shop was taking in a lot business at the time, but the process was smooth and they had a loaner car warming up for me right outside the door. Pick up at the end of the day was quick and efficient. More
