I came in for a oil change, cars heater repaired and a new car radio. You never have the parts and the radio cost 2k plus. I went home with an oil change. Nelson took care of me with updates. Service writer Chris Brunn followed up on the problem with the knowledge of a service technician! Impressive! Not to take a chance on replacing the faulty seal alone in the transfer case, they replaced t with the knowledge of a service technician! Impressive! My car needed service. Jean Sommers took control of the situation by having a driver come out to my home, pick up my car, back to the dealership and he brought car back to my home. Jean called me and went over everything that had to be done, quoted me prices and made sure everything was done correctly.
