I have a 3 year history with this dealership and have had excellent service. I had a glitch on my last visit, but my concerns were addressed. I have had no further issue with my car. Push one, push two, etc. Six minutes later I ended up being transferred to some car mall in Ft. Myers! I decided to drive over rather than begin the phone process all over. More

From our initial handshake, we knew Arlington Fritz was the best Genesis of Naples has to offer. Arlington was very patient with us and as seniors it is so appreciated. He went over all of the special features of this awesome vehicle,G90. Arli was able to deliver our car to our home and this gave him a second chance to give us instructions. After an hour and a half and making sure we were comfortable with driving this machine, we said goodbye. Arli has reached out to us since we purchased the car to make sure we did not have any issues.
