He said that it would be OK and he would take care of everything. I had a cop him out of his seat to walk down to the car to check it out with me and I was not happy with the paint job that he gave me to everything. A few days prior to contacting Genesis of Naples, I had contacted a dealer in NJ (where I am currently residing as a snowbird). I called Genesis of Naples, where Arlington respectfully repeated back every criteria I mentioned (vehicle as well as price requirements) and asked if I could give him 10 minutes before contacting another dealership. Within a few minutes he returned my call and met all my requirements. What different experiences between the two dealerships! I purchased the car from Arlington/Genesis of Naples within less than 1/2 hour over the phone. Easiest car purchase of my life. More
