Very disappointed in the service and my experience. The dealership does not offer loaner cars they just Uber you home and no transportation back to the dealership. They gave me my car back and as I was The dealership does not offer loaner cars they just Uber you home and no transportation back to the dealership. They gave me my car back and as I was driving out, I could hear that there was something stuck in my front tire. It took me two seconds to realize that, but somehow they didn’t notice it at the dealership. I had to turn around, bring it back to find out that they had run over a screw and destroyed my tire. They were too busy to change my tire and I didn’t get my car back until the next day with the spare tire on it! Now I have to go back again for them to put the new tire on. All in all, a disaster. I went there to tint my windows. They did a good job on that and Linda was pleasant to work with and competent. However, the rest of the experience was terrible and Genesis is supposed to be a higher end car mfg competing with Lexus, BMW, Mercedes etc… They fell woefully short of those standards. More
