Scheduling an appointment is impossible. The APP never has dates available 3-6 months out to schedule. My appointment on Saturday went well other than no loaner cars available. To compete with BMW service level, Genesis needs to step up their service game. . More

I'm sorry to say that service from this dealer does not compare well. Twice I was told there would be a loaner car for when I brought my GV80 in for service, only to learn at the last minute that no loaner compare well. Twice I was told there would be a loaner car for when I brought my GV80 in for service, only to learn at the last minute that no loaner cars were available after all. It was too late for me to not have a car as I am a business owner with obligations, so I had to keep rescheduling, and was 2,000 miles overdue for the service when I could finally get in! Thank God they offer the valet service - but you have to plan quite far in advance to get that. For the cost of this car, I expect much better treatment when it comes time to service - like I used to get at the BMW and Volvo dealerships. More
