The dealership is overwhelmed. This is my first major repair experience (other than oil changes). It was a disaster. I smelled gas in the cab of the car and outside. In the end, it was determined that I needed a new fuel line. BUT IT TOOK ELEVEN DAYS BEFORE THEY EVEN LOOKED AT IT. No loaners available so I had to use Enterprise car rental. I received misinformation (or no information) from the service advisor multiple times. Tried to call to get a status update and the phone just rang and rang and eventually disconnected (multiple times). I had to go there in person to find out what was happening. Far from the "Genesis Experience" that was sold when I bought the car. More

THEY ASSURED ME THAT THEY COYULD TAKE ME HOME AND PICK ME UP THE NEXT DAY (NOT THE GREATEST SOLUTION, BUT ACCEPTABLE) AND THEN THEY COMPLETED WORK T THEY ASSURED ME THAT THEY COYULD TAKE ME HOME AND PICK ME UP THE NEXT DAY (NOT THE GREATEST SOLUTION, BUT ACCEPTABLE) AND THEN THEY COMPLETED WORK THE SAME DAY (ONLY ABOUT 1.5 HOURS OF WAIT).
