Other than the wait to get an appointment, the service was excellent. I appreciate the service agents, but I was not happy with the service on the car itself. I had a rat chew my wires for 2nd time. I supplied a rat deterrent tape and they only did the wires that were damaged the service on the car itself. I had a rat chew my wires for 2nd time.
