They came to my home and dropped me off a loaner and took my car to the shop for repairs. The next day they dropped off my car and took the loaner. All on schedule. I was told the dealer could fix where my front bumper had “popped off” with some plastic fasteners detaching. This was after they inspected it during a routine service. I suspect they didn’t even try and just ran out of time, but certainly were not going to admit that after a 2 hour wait, so claimed an inability to repair. Plus, if that were true, they should have known that following their initial inspection. More

Fantastic experience! This was my first time having any car issues, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I am overjoyed with the result and expeirence overall. Jorge and Tim were amazing and very helpful; my car was repaired in a timely fashion, and I was given a loaner vehicle to drive in the meantime. They even added on services that were covered under the warranty that I didn't even realize/mention. My car looks brand new again, and the issues I came in with were also fixed. Love this dealership, highly recommend. Would absolutely continue owning genesis vehicles in the future.
