I was contacted nearly a half a dozen times through text messages, emails, and a phone call to come in when I was struggling with mental health issues as 100% disabled veteran. I never reached out to this d messages, emails, and a phone call to come in when I was struggling with mental health issues as 100% disabled veteran. I never reached out to this dealership. However, after having a car repossessed and saying I'm not interested the first few times and never making contact you about a GS 80, I agreed to come in to see what they could do. The whole time I was having problems focusing and I told the manager Brian Comes I was struggling, and I wouldn't even be there if I didn't need a car. Then they proceeded to give me three options, Two, we're not very good and the other one had damage that apparently had happened recently on the dealership according to the sales lady Bree. She said it wasn't there before, nor was it indicated in the description or the Carfax. The car was advertised for $17,667. They brought me confusing sheets, which look like it had brand new MSRP prices, never explained to me why I wasn't getting the car for the asking price. I didn't understand fully what was going on because I was in great distress. Ultimately, they charged me retail value (sticker) for a new Nissan Sentra, When the car was four years old, 30,000 miles, and had front end damage that came out of nowhere that they expected me to pay for when I could've just taken the car as is at the advertised price even though it was false advertising. They inflated the price of the car, and then rushed me through finance where the finance man said he doesn't really care cause he's out of here in a week and explained nothing to me. I got lucky and saw $3000 jump out to me and I asked what it was for, and he said the warranty... I said I never spoke with anyone about a warranty or wanting a warranty. To which he replied, they told me you wanted it trying to slip in three grand into the financing. I was taking advantage of, and I didn't realize it until days later. I tried more than once to give the dealership an opportunity to make right by an illicit wrong. They chose to deflect, deceive, and intimidate. Shane, Brian, and Clint have no integrity, Not that most car salesman managers do, But in this particular place, they broke the law. And pile on costs and over pricing a vehicle to 100% disabled veteran who was already in financial crisis demanding I put $2000 down, when I didn't have it. Claiming that the discounts on the website are depending upon whether or not you qualify for them when it says nothing of that. Even had Clint tell me you just gotta click on it and it will tell you, but there's no clicking on the dealer discount and seeing any details. I was lied to repeatedly, and blown off. I do not appreciate the mistreatment, the calling out of my mental health, and one of their salesman trying to get in my face. It's unprofessional and unacceptable. Buyers beware. More

Bought a used G63 AMG from these guys, everything seemed great in the beginning- then debacle after debacle. Car showed up filthy, took 2 weeks to get the information on the extended warranty, started getting collections calls on my trade in- called the dealer and 30 days after the sale they still hadn’t sent the check… I asked for the GM multiple times, never got a call back. This is why nobody respects Genesis as a “luxury” brand. It’s the same people who sell you a $25k Elantra now selling you a GV80. Classless, don’t stick to their word. Disastrous experience. More

I am a 60 year old retired army officer. Here is my true, sad and really sordid story about attempting to purchase a 2024 GV70 (vin 5NMMADTB7RH006703) Found one in stock in Norman. Right color. Made a deal with two people on Friday. Out the door price. Drive part way on Saturday!- 100 mile trip. Get called-the "transmission is defective" on the brand new White Genesis GV70. Having owned 2 prior Genesis. I was shocked. Ok then- you get one like it same deal? YES! Spend hours waiting to hear back. R—- calls back “we found a car, (in Plano) it takes a up to a week to get in, we need a deposit”. I say. Of course! R--- calls back. Management insists you drive 100 miles in person to give a deposit and then drive back 100 miles to pick up the car (I have purchased cars out of state so mucy easier-if there were only a way to do business electronically. Well I said. I am not mad. I no longer believe the failed transmission saga on new one pictured (beware) but to waste my day. Really just bad business and plain weird. I have purchased two dozen Audi BMW Acura and Genesis- never have I seen this. When you read management’s reply consider this.:I have nothing to gain by warning you. Buyer beware. Go elsewhere is my lesson. Genenis will certainly be interest in this story. More
Wonderful experience, especially with salesman Rick Dunn. Not pushy at all, and very helpful throughout the entire process. I normally hate the car buying process, but Rick and AutoMax made it enjoyable. Not pushy at all, and very helpful throughout the entire process. False advertisement They put a huge discounted price on Autotrader and when you call about the price it is not even close to the advertised price. Do not waste your time.
