Good to very good but it is not Porsche level service. When we take our Porsche in for service there is someone at the car before we can even get out of the car. At Genesis we had to walk in and find our service rep. Then we sat in the lounge area for at least 10 minutes before someone came by to talk to us about the loaner. But overall a very good experience and would have rated it higher if we had not experienced Porsche level service. More
