Great, timely, coordinated, in and out, just how I like it I enjoyed having the option of suggested services sent to me via text from my review rather than in person and the annoying ongoing cells. The dealer made appt the perfectly fit my needs. Drop off was immediately tended to, with friendly welcome by Gayle who then was thorough in addressing my service need and set up a loaner. The service was complex but accomplished quickly, and my car was returned clean and repaired. The service waiting area was awesome, with coffee machine and small snacks in a luxurious waiting room. Quite honestly, I really had a bad experience starting with the surprise of raising the price over $1000. By the manager and finally getting it back to what was quoted to me originally which took a week. with the surprise of raising the price over $1000. By the manager and finally getting it back to what was quoted to me originally which took a week. This experience really took a toll on me and I was very very upset. Secondly imass confusion on the day of the sale. I had originally told them that my bank just needed to purchase order and they would handle everything. But they insisted that they were working as the bank but then later they agreed that I didn’t have to go to the bank. So I spent three hours at the dealership and then I drove to the bank to get things restarted and it took me two hours at the bank since it was already 230 3 o’clock the bank told me they weren’t able to finalize the application till later, so I had to withdraw some money to take to the dealership and they would wait for the bank to finish processing the application. I got a notification from the bank that the application was completed and approved and I can proceed with the next step but I have to wait till Monday now. I went back to the dealership and got the keys to the car and got out of there as fast as I could. I was so upset and frustrated with the whole experience that I didn’t bother to ask minor questions like what kind of gas it used, how do work the Car Play, etc. What should’ve been an exciting wonderful experience turn out to be a terrible nightmare. More
