I take this as not customer centric response and attitude, I am certain that is not what the Genesis plate represents and certainly not aligned with the car brand with the widely recognized as the best mechanical warranty in the business. World Class Dealership! Sina was our sales person and was exceptional, his brother Max is the sales manager and also stayed in touch with us throughout the entire process.
