October 31st, 2025 I was stranded in the Hill Country knowing that my Genesis G70 had been serviced for the battery the week before. Of course it passed the test so one could not be granted under warrant knowing that my Genesis G70 had been serviced for the battery the week before. Of course it passed the test so one could not be granted under warranty. Now in the middle of no where it would not start. Mr. Jerry Williams walked me thru the process to jump my car and helped my cousins car also. Jerry was patient with both of us and once we jumped the car this allowed me to drive right in to Genesis and Jerry was waiting for me. He also provided a vehicle for me to get home. Yes, I have Tripel A but by the time they find me in the hills it would have been dark. Time was not on my side. Jerry Williams was our "Hero" and took the utmost care of our needs. We will always buy a Genesis thanks to the service received in a crunch by Jerry Williams. More
