Had an appointment with loaner - was told the day before no loaner and didn't need to come in! My dash told me I was due for service and I was .. had to wait at the dealership- then was told I had to pay as no loaner and didn't need to come in! My dash told me I was due for service and I was .. had to wait at the dealership- then was told I had to pay as I was just out of my maintenance agreement- would have been nice to have been forewarned or better yet, invited in before it expired- not what I expect in the service department compared to other 'luxury' brands I have driven: Acura BMW Jaguar and Lexus , plus I am still waiting for a callback from the number I was referred to for rescheduling- a Hyundai dealership's switchboard I guess - very disappointed- personnel onsite at Genesis were pleasant and the service was handled efficiently More
