After owning Lexus SUV’s for 20 years, I expect a much higher level of comfort, snacks and beverages. Diet Coke. Good snacks, not just several bars from Costco. Comfortable seating, at the very minimum. Honestly, it’s pretty appalling even though the building is beautiful and clean and the people are very nice. Might as well be just a plain old Hyundai dealership. Hopefully this will be resolved before I need service again or I will just have to have the loaner car delivered to me while my car is being serviced. More

(1) Out of my last 5 visits to this dealer, they have failed to rotate my tires 4 of those visits (even though I paid for the rotation and they claimed that they did it). (2) They recommended several additional services for my vehicle, which is fine. However, two of the services they recommended were just done 6 months prior. (3) For the first 2 years that I owned the GV80 there was a feature on my radio that worked properly. Now it's not working properly, and the service center blamed it on XM Radio. They could not fix the issue. More
