In short, he was a real pleasure to deal with. He is an asset to your organization. Israel (Business Office) was also very pleasant to work with. He has excellent knowledge of all the involved paperwork and ability to explain it. He led us through the paperwork process in a very pleasant and efficient manner. From a dealer management perspective I should note that he is also a very effective salesman for your extended warranty plans - very informative, but not pushy. I also met the Service Manager (I regretfully don't recall his name). He took the time to show me the shop and talk about the servicing process.
