The dealership has good individuals, but no management. The process was slow and the employees not properly trained. Managment was not available to back up the closing agent (Finance Manger) when the clo The process was slow and the employees not properly trained. Managment was not available to back up the closing agent (Finance Manger) when the closing process was over loaded. I was just writing a check and had to wait 1 1/2 hours. The salesman did not know how to explain the use of the vehicle and especially the connection to Apple Car Play and the set up of the vehicle. I had to return to the dealership three days later to work with a more experienced salesperson who knew how to deliver a vehicle and completely explain the use of the vehicle. In conclusion, the dealership and vehicle are proposed to be a luxury line of cars, but in actually it is an organization that could not effectively and efficiently sell a utility trailer. More
