Called and talked to Chase in the Service Department, regarding a recall on our 2024 GV80. He listened to my concern, scheduled a appointment right away. Drove up to the service entrance, he was standin regarding a recall on our 2024 GV80. He listened to my concern, scheduled a appointment right away. Drove up to the service entrance, he was standing there and motioned me to drive right in. Took my information, walked me into the service lounge made sure I was comfortable. I had a nice flavored water and snack, before I knew it was done. Checked out with the cashier, he had the vehicle waiting right out side the service door. Asked if I had any questions, shook my hand and I was on my way. Awesome service experience and service advisor. Chase is the man!! More
