The repair was completed in the time that was quoted, but it seems the time quoted was very padded. Maybe the glass wall into the service bays is not the best idea, as I just became angry as I watched him. Though the waiting area is well appointed, technicians need to remember that there is a person attached to the vehicle they are working on, and that person would like to continue on with their day. When I got to finance, the finance officer tried to get to me to sign a loan with an excessively high rate. He never mentioned the rate at all prior to asking me to sign. When I inquired he told me the rate which was over 14%. I refused and mentioned I would use my own financing at 6%. I also mentioned that chase offered me a little over 7% to which he replied they gave him a 9% offer for me so they must have given me a tier bump. Why didn't he initially offer me the lower interest rate that chase was providing? It's absurd that he would jump straight to the interstate rate that was over 4 points higher. It's obvious that it was being done for the spread which should be illegal imo. The worst experience I've had with a finance officer in a dealership in my life. There's a bunch of other stuff but that portion of my interaction with him speaks for itself. More
This is my second new car transaction at this dealership, and it was fantastic, again. Maximus Mandavi is quick to offer a welcoming handshake and ensures an pleasant and efficient visit. Hunter Lee is an accommodating, polite professional who knows the cars inside and out. He makes you feel like his one and only customer based on his patient demeanor, response time, and willingness to advocate. Ken Flynn is fun and well versed in contracts, making the paperwork process clear and easy. The dealership itself is easy to access from IH10, is clean, bright, and welcoming. Coffee, cold beverages, and snacks are available. I would like to see some chocolate added to the snack drawer for my next visit. The service center is spotless. All of the staff I have seen here maintain a clean, professional appearance. More

I wish I could rate it a minus 100 and a negative 10 star; enough said !!! The only ones that conducted themselves professionally were Ken Flynn (finance) and Hipolito Gonzalez (Sales Rep). On the other hand, that walking tub of feces, named max mandavi is the most unethical and unprofessional individual I've had the unpleasant experience to deal with over the last 40 years!. Not only did he lied on the phone, but was ignorant and arrogant enough to tell my sales rep that he would not give me the price he quoted me on the phone (via Lilly, the receptionist) and negated also the military discount he offered on the phone! He also stated he would rather lose the sale, before he would give me a $349 discount. Mind you, this was a $25,000 deal. There is a reason why use cars salemen have such a BAD REPUTATION. It is called max! I tried to talk to the dealer's general manager (Matthew) with no luck. I will forward my comments to Genesis HQ.
