My rating is due to the outstanding service received from my salesperson - who has continued to provide top notch customer service. As for the pricing and & warranty process, I found it confusing and I received a notice that I was turned down for credit when I never applied -- I paid cash for my GV80. Getting my final vehicle registration was a debacle. I received a call that my plates were in. Since I was transferring handicap plates, I asked for the registration to be mailed. After about a week, I called Tony to follow-up, and he was told they did not mail plates or registration. I drove all the way over only to discover that they had, in fact, mailed the registration of my handicapped plates. Tony was also the person who ensured I received my Wash Tub membership. More
