The dealership suffers from being in an area that feels like a third world bizarre. Parking is non-existent. The salesperson helping me knew none of the answers I asked for and consistently needed to ask s like a third world bizarre. Parking is non-existent. I understand people need to learn, but it removes the feeling of prestige in buying a nice expensive vehicle when the sales people know nothing of the process in selling the vehicle. More
Purchased a Genesis GV80 in Round Rock. Had one key, they would mail the other. Trouble for me is the 2 keys had to be programed together and I don't live in Round Rock.
