Customers should be charged for ONLY what they requested and not items that were NOT requested. And charges should be REASONABLE, more in line with other sources. Otherwise customers will do business with other sources.

It takes 2 or 3 calls to get through to service every time I call. Also, they are scheduling service out 3 weeks. Does not feel like premium customer support. More
