Iwas upset to be charged $272. 34 for an OIL CHANGE! When I questioned the charge I was told it included tire rotation WHICH I DID NOT REQUEST and did not need. I am very happy with the care and attention the dealership gives its clients. I recently had a recall on my car, but I live in Eugene. It is a 2 hour drive each way. UNETHICAL, UNPROFESSIONAL. I have gone out of my way to get my Genesis serviced here but no more. After a scheduled, premium oil change, with a 9:15 am drop off, my car was not I have gone out of my way to get my Genesis serviced here but no more. After a scheduled, premium oil change, with a 9:15 am drop off, my car was not done by 4 pm. At that point they said I would need tires soon, so I said go ahead and do that too. They ended up having my car for 3 days. Drove home in the dusk/dark and pouring rain. Next drive, during the day with little rain, I noticed a large chip on my passenger side windshield with a suction mark circle around it. I did not drop my car off with that chip, I wasn’t asked about (or told) if I wanted a chip repair during the 3 days they had it. No mention of it on any paperwork. Additionally, I paid $125 for a window treatment service and my wipers are chatttering (even after cleaning them off myself) my windshield has line marks all up it from the chattering, no water beading, and I’m not sure what windshield treatment leaves suction cup marks after it’s done. When I brought my concerns up, I was not answered until I pinged them again asking if they received the pictures I sent or did they need them resent. The reply I ended up getting was “the chip was there when the car was dropped off” and to bring the car back. That was it. Asked to speak to manager, who was/is apparently sick all last week. Was told we would get a call on Fri 3/13/26 to follow up if the manager was still out- never happened. A message was left this weekend that we expect a call Monday. I took my car there for a premium oil change, and added the tires. Drove home with a dirty, chipped windshield, messed up wipers and an obviously mark of someone trying to repair that chip, unsuccessfully, and then not even taking the time to hide their sketchy behavior. A $2k service, that took 3 days to do, where I had to take extra time off at work to accommodate their pace, only to leave with a damaged car, and clearly paying for services not rendered. More

Hunter was absolutely fantastic. I walked in there with the simple goal of sitting in a G90 as it has been one of my dream cars for awhile… ended up leaving with one.
