Switched to Genesis from Infiniti mostly for the staff who I’ve dealt with for 12 years -Competition always gives great customer support especially Nick and Elton in service- Cordell in sales and Darlene who I’ve dealt with for 12 years -Competition always gives great customer support especially Nick and Elton in service- Cordell in sales and Darlene in finance. When I went to the other Infiniti dealership I was a nobody to them even though I’ve leased and bought almost ten vehicles.
