The salesman was fine but was over whelmed with sales, that it felt so rushed and impersonal. Didn’t really go over the car with me but he asked if I had any questions. I went Home and went to use the key card but I had no clue how it works. My Lexus was different. The experience was definitely not upscale like they want to be. Lexus out shines in every way at least in my experience. It was very busy and it was the last day of the sale so, this might be harsh but it was my experience. I’m not upset, just letting you lnow how I felt. Everyone worked hard to get me out fast but there was a mess up with the insurance. The show room was clean and there was coffee and snacks. Not the best but good enough. More
