2 Fair. Technicians and staff were attentive. However... I was there, with an appointment, for recall service. My car was inspected to determine if it needed Technicians and staff were attentive. However... I was there, with an appointment, for recall service. My car was inspected to determine if it needed the recall service; the answer was YES. But the dealer did not have the parts! My service advisor explained why they don't have the parts on hand (service depts were hoarding the parts so some dealerships couldn't get them. This is poor service. Genesis told me to bring in the car to address the deficiency BUT DID NOT HAVE THE PARTS. Consequently, I have to go there AGAIN, and spend several more hours of my time traveling and waiting. If someone makes an appointment for recall service, the least you could do for the customer is to have the parts and fix the car. More

I am giving this a one star because you will not stop with the emails for reviews anytime you get a service. Feel like if you spent more time with actual customer service and communication it would be with the emails for reviews anytime you get a service. I was very disappointed that my car wasn't washed, which I read would happen. My car has now also had a sensor issue for tire pressure and will have to make a 4 hour round trip to go to the dealership to fi I read would happen. The actual service I received was fine however they are always trying to “upsell” and they “forget” to give credits due. It makes me wonder if all their recommendations are really necessary and I have to always trying to “upsell” and they “forget” to give credits due. They violated TILA and E-SIGN. The pricing didn't match. They didn't allow review of contract before, during, or after signature. They didn't provide copies at time of sale.
