Worse dealership of Genesis, Price of car was advertised at $48,123.00.Then I was told that price is good if you have Trade-in and get financing from them which is a reticules illogical reasoning and it was at $48,123.00.Then I was told that price is good if you have Trade-in and get financing from them which is a reticules illogical reasoning and it was never mentioned in the advertisement, Then the price was a firm $52,000.00 after asking for information about financing which was answered on May 1st. I accepted the firm price of $52K and willing to send a deposit. Guess what? now the price is $55k. what do you call this? price gauging?. even after speaking to sales Manager, The answer was the same, Even though I have all communications with the salesperson. I will never do business with dishonest person or dealership, I dont know about you?!!. I have already reported this to Genesis OF America and I will report to better business bureau of Oklahoma for false advertising and price gauging with all relevant information. Even one star is too much for this dealership More

The service center is a complete joke. I took my car in to be serviced. I waited there all day long as I live in a different state the tech working on my car for a oil change thought it’d I took my car in to be serviced. I waited there all day long as I live in a different state the tech working on my car for a oil change thought it’d be funny to tell the manager that my car wasn’t ready after spending all day there and getting frustrated come to find out the tech was lying and was just joking with the service manager while I sat there and waited at the expense of my health, then another service I scheduled the valet. They sent a loaner car instead of the valet truck expecting to drive my car from Arkansas to Oklahoma. That’s a negative then I took it for service again spent all day waiting and they never even told me that I needed a new air filter. I got an email a week later telling me that I had been advised of that and I wasn’t also they found a nail in my tire and rotated my tires to where that nails was in the front passenger side. The dealerships service department is a complete joke. More
