My car was in for service. I waited 6weeks to get it back and my car is worse then it went in for. Left hoses off and clamps to I have coolant leaks all over my engine . Left gaskets unsealed. Please dnt buy from this dealership. Poor service. 2800.00 in the hole, and now I'm trading it in for a better car, more reliable customer service. Never again will I buy from Genesis. More
We bought a used Genesis. Dealer did not disclose 2 recalls one for safety and also stated in writing they completed the CPO check and then tried to get us to pay over $2000 Dealer did not disclose 2 recalls one for safety and also stated in writing they completed the CPO check and then tried to get us to pay over $2000 to have it certified. Complained to Genesis corporate and they did nothing. Do NOT buy from this dealer. Now initiating legal action. More

Jeff Fore & his sales manage Sal made for a smooth/quick auto buying experience. After visiting Wayne Genesis to kick-off the rectification of paperwork, it has become apparent that my previous experiences with my vehicle and sales does NOT reflect this location's current te rectification of paperwork, it has become apparent that my previous experiences with my vehicle and sales does NOT reflect this location's current team. It reflects the original building management of Wayne Automall Hyundai which is no longer present at this location. I have since removed those concerns from this review and migrated them to only the Hyundai page. My visit today went well and I was accommodated immediately. I discussed the major outstanding issues with my vehicle (missing CPO from purchase through Wayne Hyundai) and was assured that a solution will be met. Both Sal and Andy were excellent to work with and understood my concerns. I look forward to rectifying these issues and will update this review as things progress. The service provided by the new team here is more in line with what I expected when I first bought the car. Hoping they are able to expand and open their own service center in the future too! More

I stopped in to look into leasing a G80. Eduardo greeted us and was very pleasant. He let me and my wife test drive 2 different models and then led us back in to sit at his desk. After asking me a few questions, I think he could tell I had never leased a car before. He left to speak with his manager and returned with a printout of prices which were sky high. My wife and I almost fell over. Did he think we wanted to purchase the car? Anyway, we politely declined to make a deal, and after speaking directly to the manager, we went on our way. After getting home and doing more research, we learned they were totally going to rip us off. Not by a little. It would have been a huge score on their part if we made that deal. I still don't know what numbers they were using to calculate their offer, but they were extremely inflated. We decided to lease from another dealership and had a much better experience. More

This place is unbelievable. I was interested in a new GV70 so they sent me an email with one that was available providing full pricing together with an offer for my trade in. I was interested in a new GV70 so they sent me an email with one that was available providing full pricing together with an offer for my trade in. I called and told them that I would come in to make the purchase and I made an appointment. Drove 30 miles to the dealership only to find out that the car didn't exist and they only had one other GV70 a top of the line model. A complete waste of time and gas. More
