Customer service is lacking I made an appointment to test drive a car I was interested in, and by the time I got there less than 2 days later, the car had been sold. I understand I made an appointment to test drive a car I was interested in, and by the time I got there less than 2 days later, the car had been sold. I understand car sales are first-come, first-serve, but the night prior to my appointment I received an email from Gengras about the car's Kelley Blue Book report, so I never thought the car wouldn't be available the next morning. It would have been nice for someone to call or email me to let me know the car I had made an appointment to test drive was no longer available. Complete waste of time and very disappointing. In addition, when I walked in the entire staff was huddled around the front desk and no one bothered to greet me. Not sure what's going on with the customer service here, but this experience was a total turnoff and I'll no longer consider working with this dealership. More
