First Oil Change Clean, comfortable waiting area with Kuerig coffee maker! Rep said it would take about 1 hour for oil change and 6,000 mile check-up. It took 50 mi Clean, comfortable waiting area with Kuerig coffee maker! Rep said it would take about 1 hour for oil change and 6,000 mile check-up. It took 50 minutes. I had a slow leak in the rear tire so they said it would take an additional half hour. It did. They had to take the tire off and reseal it. Have had no issues since then. Everyone was very friendly and professional. My first service experience was GREAT! Also, there were no fees for the service. More

Excellent On my way home from work late on a Friday afternoon, I ran over an object in the road that left a nail in my tire. After my wife checked in with Crowley Ford Lincoln to see how late the service department would be open, I decided to drive there straightaway. When I arrived, the men in the service department greeted me warmly and cheerfully, took my car in, and had me back on the road in 30 minutes. The whole experience was terrific as I was just beginning the weekend. More
