several years of good, honest service I have been using this service since buying my used 2009 Chev. Silverado in 2010 and have been completely satisfied with the thorough attention and mo I have been using this service since buying my used 2009 Chev. Silverado in 2010 and have been completely satisfied with the thorough attention and most important the integrity and honesty of the entire crew. On one occasion I asked to have the cabin filter changed and the air filter changed. Most places would have done it but Crawley's Tech checked and said it wasn't needed yet and also I didn't have a cabin filter in this truck so it didn't need that either. Another time a mistake was made and too much fluid was added to transmission but I was informed ( not covered up) and it was corrected without any cost to me even though I benefited by having new transmission fluid installed. This could have been covered up by telling me it was a needed change or just had enough fluid removed to bring level to correct amount without effecting me negatively. I make the trip to Plainville from Waterbury for service because of the confidence that I won't be ripped off or taken advantage of by Crawley's. More

2008 Focus I had a problem with key, car was stranded overnight. Called Crowley and they suggested I try spare key which worked. I took my 2017 f150 in for.oil change and rotate tires. Just came back from Fla and my 2017 F 150 p/u was due for its first oil change. 7600 miles. drove up to the quick lanes . they took it in and within Just came back from Fla and my 2017 F 150 p/u was due for its first oil change. 7600 miles. drove up to the quick lanes . they took it in and within a half hr they came out and and it was done. tire rotate and all. and best of all... it was Free. almost as good as watching the snow melt. ( when ever it does.) More
They even take great care of those of us from out of state! I was in CT for a few weeks helping my brother. My 2013 Ford C-Max Energi had been working fine on the way to church. When I came out and started it, the SYNC console went black and then kept showing a "Scheduled System Maintenance" message. I have no idea "who" scheduled it. Then the system would reboot 3 or 4 times. I had no radio, phone, navigation or climate control. I took my car to Crowley. They provided a courtesy shuttle ride back to and from my brother's. They kept the car for a few days waiting for a replacement part from Ford. Thankfully, the part and installation were covered by a warranty extension by Ford. More
