Battery charging issues I have been a loyal Crowley/Ford customer since I purchased my 2006 Explorer and have nothing but great experiences. I have been having issues with my battery for the past 2 years and had several replaced by AAA and the inconvenience was beginning to become more often. I finally called Crowley and Jesse was awesome in handling my issue and found out that it was just the battery and it was replaced. It was a great experience working with Jesse and that's what makes me continue to stay with Crowley with my Explorer and any new vehicle I hope to purchase in the next couple of years. New to Crowley Lincoln Ryan your service manager was excellent! My first visit here and I was nervous Ryan took my car got me a ride to work called me during the day to see Ryan your service manager was excellent! Just over the warranty my drive shaft decided to give out.....Crowley honored the warranty and got the part in immediately....fixed my car and made one very happy customer. I will be certain to tell all my friends and business associates about this. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership and Jesse the service rep that took very good care of me. More

Outstanding Crowley Ford Experience Went to Quick Lane for a routine oil, lube/filter to prep our car for a long trip from Plainville,CT to Montreal, Canada 3 days hence. Also asked for Went to Quick Lane for a routine oil, lube/filter to prep our car for a long trip from Plainville,CT to Montreal, Canada 3 days hence. Also asked for a complete check over (86,00 miles) within the 3 day window if it was possible. Mike Castro set me up with the full-service area for the same day, ferried me home. The car was ready the next morning after a complete check up and several major parts replaced. I would have had it back the first day but that was my fault for asking that several major items be replaced now rather than "later down the line." I found Mike Castro and everyone else that dealt with me were wonderfully prompt, friendly, professional and cost conscious for my sake. AND, they drove home and back!! More

Gary was no help I recently had an oil change at this location and everything seemed fine...that is until my car started smoking two days ago and I had to take it in t I recently had an oil change at this location and everything seemed fine...that is until my car started smoking two days ago and I had to take it in to be checked out. I decided to take my car somewhere other than a Crowley location (thank God!) and it turns out the person who did my oil change (at Crowley Ford Lincoln) FORGOT to put a rubber gasket around the oil filter, which essentially means my oil has been leaking ALL OVER MY ENGINE AND UNDER THE HOOD and was bone dry when I took it in. They had to do a whole new oil change, along with an extensive washing of the car, which was soaked in oil. The cost of these fixes were $155. UPDATE: After going into Crowley (multiple times) and being shunned into the waiting room to be forgotten about...I was finally assisted by Jesse. He made copies of everything and said he would write me a check immediately. It's now two months later and I just called to check in because I still have not received a check. At first Jesse acted like he had no idea who I was, but then after realizing, he said he'd leave a message for Gary AGAIN. THAT'S IT. This incident occurred in July and it's now almost October and I am most likely never receiving that check. Gary clearly has no intentions of resolving this issue and doesn't care about his clients. I am also taking this up with the Better Business Bureau where I will be filing a personal complaint. More
