Lack of knowledge at the front desk So 3 weeks ago I brought my F150 for service because of a loud noise coming from the front of my vehicle. So the service manager Ray had the mechanic So 3 weeks ago I brought my F150 for service because of a loud noise coming from the front of my vehicle. So the service manager Ray had the mechanic looked at my front tires. I had mentioned to him that I recently had my front brake and rotors done, and the mechanic that did the job informed me that I would need to get my passenger front caliper to be replaced as soon as I can. So the Ray had a his mechanic looked at my brakes and rotors and when he got back to Ray so ray informed me that the reason I was having the loud noise its because the caliper made the brake pad from the front passenger side sitting at and angle so it wasn't wearing out flat. Anyways so by changing my caliper it will take away the noise. $ 400 later for one caliper the noise still there. I refused to go back to this guy because he seems to have a personal problem with me. I am a repeat customers between myself and my family we bought 17 cars from Crowley over the years. I would think they would see customers first before the money. Take care the customers needs before charging a lot of money for something they don't know. Ray should know something about cars before he charge people and not really anything about the car. He didn't double checked my car to see if there are any noise. the mechanic should have lower my windows and not driving my car with windows up because when my windows are up you can hear anything outside the car. I refused to go back and talk to this guy Ray. More

Very helpful! I called in a panic when my car wouldn't start. Betty told me exactly what to do. I arrived 30 minutes before closing, but both the service staff and I called in a panic when my car wouldn't start. Betty told me exactly what to do. I arrived 30 minutes before closing, but both the service staff and technicians stayed late to run diagnostics and service my Jetta. They clearly explained whatthey did and what they were going to do. They got me back on the road that night. More

Horrible Experience If I could give them 0 stars I would, I've brought my Jetta here 6 different times and each time I brought the car there I left with a different probl If I could give them 0 stars I would, I've brought my Jetta here 6 different times and each time I brought the car there I left with a different problem. First they starved my engine of oil since they decided to let me drive my car even though there was an oil delivery problem. So now I need a new engine, I had an extended warranty and I had to wait 5-6 weeks for them to do the engine swap. Then pay $600 to release my car. And we were never even told why we needed to pay because it was supposed to be 100% covered by insurance. I leave the dealership, on my way home the check engine light comes on, this is a few weeks ago. It's 90 degrees out, I have no AC, and a broken car still. I look under the hood and there is several vacuum tubes disconnected which is causing the check engine light to come on. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. More
Road trip breakdown. Engine misfired and service light came on. Luckily Crowley was minutes away. Betty the service manager said come in and we will take care of it. In just over two hours we were back on the road. Entire staff was personable and professional. I can't imagine being treated any better. First rate organization. Thanks again Betty. You were great!
