The sales executive, Lance Jewell, was extremely knowedgeable and thorough in his overview of the vehicle (XC90), Volvo's reputation and their support of the product. I have been buying both used and new Volvos since 1998 from Gengras. Over the 13 years I have had different sales people from time to time but Sal Guerrera has become my go to sales person; he is the best from Gengras.
