I went to Gensinger VW and was greeted by Humberto Lapa. Mr. Lapa was very friendly and made the entire car buying experience pleasurable. My salesman Adam was great. When I got to the dealership I asked Adam if he had a very specific car in stock. He said he did, got the keys, and showed me the car. 20 minutes later we were sitting at his des I asked Adam if he had a very specific car in stock. He said he did, got the keys, and showed me the car. 20 minutes later we were sitting at his desk negotiating a price for the car. This was a very quick negotiation. He gave me a price that he knew I just could not say NO too saving us both the back and forth BS that usually goes on at dealerships. I wish more sales people were like this. Time is valuable so no sense of throwing around BS numbers when both the customer and the salesman know what the fair market value is on a specific car.
