It's something new every time I take my vehicles in for an oil change. The last time I noticed where the incorrect mileage was entered into car fax. The service dept. entered approximately 30K more miles o an oil change. The last time I noticed where the incorrect mileage was entered into car fax. The service dept. entered approximately 30K more miles on my vehicle than was actually on the vehicle. On 2/16/26 they couldn't rotate my tires due to a lift problem. Go figure, a garage can't lift my truck to rotate the tires. I was told I could bring it back on another day when the lift was working. Since I bought the tires from Ballentine, the tire rotation is supposed to be free. However, my bill shows that I paid for "The Works" which includes a tire rotation. So basically, I have been paying for tire rotations which should have been free. Anyway, I'm planning on taking it back today for the tire rotation. Let's see how this goes. More

Service was good however, the incorrect milage was entered into the system during my previous oil change. At least 30,000 miles above the actual miles was entered. The oil change sticker indicated that the oil should be changed at 193,000 miles approximately, however only 163,000 miles is on the car.
