This is the fifth vehicle I have purchased from them and I keep going back because of the service. I have purchased two FLEX's, one Edge, and now two F-150 Lariats. While the Edge is for local travels (60000 in 7 years) the rest of the vehicles have been for trips to Florida, Colorado, Indianapolis and Western NY. We travel to see family, events, and friends. Long road trips and the F-150 Lariat is the best travel "car" we have had with the possible exception of the second FLEX. In my adult life, I have owned a 65 Mustang, an English Ford, 3 LTD SQUIRE Wagons, a Fairmont Wagon (Worst wagon I ever had), two used Escort Wagons (one for each daughter), a Ford Freestyle, a '93 Ford Thunderbird (also a great road car), a Mercury Sable, an Aero Star stretched van, an F-250, an Edge, FLEX 1 and FLEX 2, 2016 F-150 and a 2020 F-150.. Expensive oil change, while getting a recall issue resolved. To my knowledge, all was well. Also rotated tires and was told they would need to be replaced before much longer.
