Customer Service Better Than All Others I am BIG on customer service - even willing to pay extra for that feeling you get when you're treated special. I have owned all the "high end" brands I am BIG on customer service - even willing to pay extra for that feeling you get when you're treated special. I have owned all the "high end" brands... Mercedes, BMW, Infiniti, etc and have recently purchased a convertible Camaro; George Chevrolet out classes all of the others. When I brought my car in for service (routine oil change and a few warranty items), I was greeted in a friendly manner, offered beverages and snacks, and even given a tour of the entire dealership. I was introduced to all of the management team and really was made to feel welcome as if I was with family. The service work was done quickly, and I was always kept informed as to the status. I highly recommend George Chevrolet to anybody and everybody. More

Advisor: Andrew Lopez I had an 8am appointment for a Transmission Fluid service since it was a manager's special. I was informed that the tech will be late due to traffic. 9:00am - I called in for status update and was told the tech just got in and will be working on my car shortly. Should be done by 11:00am 11:00am - Called to see if it was ready, was told the shop didnt have the transmission fluid oil but should be ready at 2pm. 2:00pm - Called again and was told the Car is on the hoist and will be ready at 4pm. 4:00pm - Got a call from dealer stating that they wont be able to finish my car till tomorrow but a loaner car is available. I said no and picked up my car. Took it to a dealer in Cerritos the following day and they finished it in 2 hours. Where the Service dept failed will cost them a sale since I mentioned to them I needed a new car to replace the car I brought in for service. Service guy didnt even refer me to any sales guy. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone I know even to the people I hate. More

Great customer service George was real friendly and patient with me. Me and my wife went to the dealership to find a new car for our new family were starting. Gave me a good deal on the chevy cruze. Betty knew exactly what to do and met me more than half way in making this purchase happen fair and not a painful one.
