two people who helped me were great. however when I picked my truck up, a service person had broken the driver's seat, which caused me to have to leave the truck there longer. I still do however when I picked my truck up, a service person had broken the driver's seat, which caused me to have to leave the truck there longer. I still don't have it back, and it's been over a week. also I have tried to get the mirror, which is under warranty, fixed multiple times and when I went to pick it up, that was malfunctioning, too. the folks helping are great, but I would like to have the issues fixed and not have another thing broken upon pickup since I paid a lot of money for the truck. Bought a 2022 Ford explorer… drove it home and had some issues with the car not starting…So I called them back and they were more then happy to pay to have the car towed back and checked out needless to sa issues with the car not starting…So I called them back and they were more then happy to pay to have the car towed back and checked out needless to say they looked it over and the fuel pump had went bad and they replaced it for FREE.
