I came in to look at a specific vehicle and was asked what payment amount I wanted before I even got to look at it. The salesman didn't know anything about local sales tax rates, state rebate options for what payment amount I wanted before I even got to look at it. When we left my husband was given a handshake and I was ignored, even though I was the one buying. Overall a sloppy, disappointing experience. More
