1st Experience was so good went for 2nd Time in under a year This was my 2nd time visiting George Harte Infiniti. Our first experience was in March when we were looking for a used SUV for my wife. We met Henley there and he was very attentive to our needs. He got us the best deal possible with a car that was beyond our expectations for the cost. Igor and Mike the guys who work the finance were very professional and explained everything to us very clearly. Needless to say my wife and I are expecting a 3rd child next year and now needed to upgrade to a 3 row SUV. Since we were so happy with the first car and experience we went right back to Henley at George Harte. This experience was even better than the last. Everyone remembered us and were very fast at helping us find the car that suited our needs. We got a beautiful QX60 at the best possible price. They had the color we needed and within 2 visits we drove away with our new car. Henley will be seeing us again next year for turn in car. There were some opps moments and we had to stay late but all works well and worthy.I appreciated his patience and did not feel pressured. He followed up after the sale to make sure everything was going well. I would highly recommend Henley. More

We ultimately decided to go in a different direction, but Matt made sure to follow up (but not harass!) to make sure everything was taken care of, down to personally returning something that I left in the car from the weekend.
