During my most recent visits I expressed to George I was looking to check the trade in value of my vechile while my car got serviced. He introduced me to Matthew and that's when I truly experienced exceptional customer service. He impressed me off the bat with his professionalism yet personable demeanor. He exercised patience and truly showcased his expertise by answering all my question accurately and with a smile. Our first PLEASANT vehicle purchase experience!!! My wife and I actually ENJOYED purchasing her new vehicle at George Harte Infinity thanks to the outstanding efforts and consideration of our salesman My wife and I actually ENJOYED purchasing her new vehicle at George Harte Infinity thanks to the outstanding efforts and consideration of our salesman, Matt Frattaroli. There was no pressure... no rush... no hard sell. To the contrary, Matt took all the time required and went out of his way to ensure that my wife got exactly the car that was right for her. She asked to see a Q50 and Matt brought THREE around so she could see ALL the available features and options. She selected the model that was a perfect fit for her and Matt had it polished, gassed up and ready to go the next day. Our time with Matt Frattaroli at George Harte Infinity was more like dealing with a friend or family member than a salesman. Really bad experience On Valentine’s Day we went to George Harte Infinity to look on the cars. Bill who was our sells person and try to get the lowest price as he could, ev On Valentine’s Day we went to George Harte Infinity to look on the cars. Bill who was our sells person and try to get the lowest price as he could, even he said that he will try to put discount like for his family. We had to put deposit $1000 and they let us to drive the car for few day. We were so happy with the car, but they let us drive car with the three years old tires which have some damage on the side. It was so hard to drive specially on the snow. My husband had to go to the dealer file some more papers and he told them that they have to change the tires, because the condition of the tires very bad. How is that possible, to sell a car with damage tires. John Sivak promise to change the tires with the price included of the sale. The next day when we got there we told them we change our minds not to take the car because we are not ready financially, and they said that you can get your deposit back. So my husband was so upset and he went to buy the car and not to lose the deposit. But in the time we left and the time when my husband gets there, they change the tires for old ones. John Sivak said that he will call us when he is ready, but he never did. SO IN ONE WORD WE ARE STUCK WITH OLD TIRES. Their word is not worth of their promise in anything. They just want to make money. They thought that we are young and maybe stupid, so they can ignore everything. We are so disappointment how we were treated at the dealership, and I will never buy any other car from them because of what they had done and not doing anything to fix it. More

Simply the BEST!! I always have a great experience when I go to George Harte Infiniti. I went there to have my lift gate fixed and some how thanks to George I ended up I always have a great experience when I go to George Harte Infiniti. I went there to have my lift gate fixed and some how thanks to George I ended up with a new car! George is awesome every time I go for service he treats me like royalty. He is funny, efficient, knowledgeable and very important...super nice to my daughter! He brought me over to Matthew Frattaroli a sales associate to talk about a new car. I set some pretty high standards and restrictions on getting a new car. Matthew was super friendly and eager to get my wishes met. He wasn't pushy like most car salesman and he was patient with all my questions. So today I drove home in my new fully loaded Qx60!!! Thank you Matt, George, Mike and John S. !!! More

I especially have to give a huge thanks and enormous credit to Matt Frattaroli and Dan Wiley for their tireless efforts and determination to provide me with a service that is unparallel to none that I have ever come across. To say I have an extreme amount of gratitude for both of these gentlemen is an understatement of mass proportion. Short of wrapping my new car in a big red bow and sliding it under my Christmas Tree, these gentlemen have done what I figured was impossible. Henley was very helpful and answered all of our questions about the cars. Henley was very patient through several test drives and explained all the sales and lease incentives. When we took delivery the car was immaculately detailed. Henley did an excellent job of demonstrating all the great features of the Infiniti. The Sales Manager, John Sivak was very helpful during the sales process. Bottom line: the sales process was a pleasure, answered all my questions, no pressure, no negativety toward other manufacturers.
