Carlos set up my appointment over the phone and was very prompt when I arrived the next morning. I explained to him what the problems were. After the mechanic went over the car, Carlos called me in to tal prompt when I arrived the next morning. I explained to him what the problems were. He called me the next day to update me with what the mechanic had found out. He told me the car should be ready by Friday and it was ready, which saved me another day on the rental car. George Moore Chevrolet should be proud of having an employee like Carlos on the front line of service to the customers. More

Purchased after market sunroof which was not as described. No effort was made to find me a car with a sunroof until I had already purchased a car. Before sunoof was installed spoke with Gary and Todd and tried to trade car which now has apprx 500 miles for one with sunroof and was told could only get what was paid for car after my trade,$19,500. No credit for my $8000 trade. Was assured sunroof would look like factory installed. Paid $600 for pop up sunroof which did not have a screen so sunlight always would come through. Then Gary tried to talk me into another $600 to get a sunroof with a screen. Now I was offered 23,000 on a trade which I should have been offered before I spent $600 on a sunroof with no screen. I find it interesting that factory sticker for sunroof was $900. Mine was going to cost $1200. This was my first and last car purchased from George Moore. I would like my $600 refunded for misrepresentation of product. Dealt with some very fast talkers. Wish I had gone to Coggin Chevy and had not wasted so much time and money at George Moore. More

My experience at George Moore was amazing. Definitely one of my best car buying experiences so far. I told them exactly what I was looking for and how much I could afford. I brought my 2004 corvette in to have the gas tank repaired/replaced. It was covered under an "additional warranty by General Motors. Jessica was thorough and polite. Very professional. My only "gripe repaired/replaced. It was covered under an "additional warranty by General Motors. Jessica was thorough and polite. Very professional. My only "gripe" is that this was a 2 day job, that was under a repair notice by General Motors, so not "normal wear and tear". This was an issue caused by Chevrolet, and they had to fix it. No loaner car was provided. I felt that since this was an issue caused by Chevrolet, that I should not have to incur the costs of a rental vehicle. If nothing else, George Moore Chevrolet, in the interest of customer service and satisfaction, should have provided one. It would not be a loss for them, since the warranty work is paid to them by Chevrolet. Dealers charge more for any kind of repair or maintence than non-dealers. It would have been a prime opportunity for them to "go the extra mile" in good faith. It is why I don't have maintenance or repair work done by a dealership. I have a place that I have been going to for 10 yrs (not fair to list their name here). They ALWAYS go the extra mile. Even in this case, I brought to them first to have it fixed, unaware of the "additional warranty". They were honest, went the extra mile, and told me about it so that I could get it done for free. The honesty and extra mile that my usual repair place does, keeps me going back, and I drive over 15 miles to them. Had George Moore Chevrolet been willing to do that, they might have gained a customer as they are only 2 miles away. So while the staff (Jessica) was professional and polite, George Moore Chevrolet dropped the ball. More
I have rated this dealership on 5s in every area. My 2010 Impala would not start the day before I left the state for vacation. Carlos set my mind at ease while I was miles away. After the necessary repairs were done, Carlos also expressed his professional concern regarding a potential problem not related to what the car was there for. Shortly after returning to Jacksonville, arrangements were made for Kenny to pick me up to get my car from the dealer. We had engaging conversation during the brief ride. Lastly, closed the transaction with Tonorica. She processed my paperwork with a pleasant disposition. They each should be greatly commended for how they went above and beyond to quickly turn my unexpected trouble around and get me back rolling again. Carlos had my car cleaned once the repairs were done. So, I drove off the lot in my Impala with a pleasant smile on my face. I extend a hearty thanks for all of you. More

He discussed it with the sales manager and came back with a price that I was willing to accept in about 5 minutes. David was very knowledgeable about the truck and spent a good deal of time explaining all of the features and options after the sale was complete. I had a good experience at George Moore and will defiantly buy there again. More
