Exceptional service by Allen Bennett. This is my 3rd Chevy with George Moore. Allen Bennett is very knowledgeable with models of Chevy available. This was the 3rd car that we have bought from Dallas and George Moore Chevy and the service was excellent as always with Dallas and Justin. George Moore Chevrolet has a great reputation in the Jacksonville community. This is my first time dealing with them, although my wife and I have owned GM products in the past. Rick and the entire staff at George Moore Chevrolet were more than helpful in replacing the clutch on my 2008 Corvette. I realized my clutch was slipping and took it to them, since I knew they were a certi more than helpful in replacing the clutch on my 2008 Corvette. I realized my clutch was slipping and took it to them, since I knew they were a certified GM dealer (and they were close by). They diagnosed the problem, laid out the repair options, and explained all the processes and requirements. The clutch had been faulty since I purchased the car (took time to realize that it was actually slipping), so the George Moore management went well over the extra mile to get Chevy to cover the costs. It was quite a shock to see such a major dealer, located in a large city, go that extra distance just for a clutch repair. I highly recommend the George Moore team to anyone in the Jacksonville area. More
