Your frustration is misdirected in this situation. This is an insurance claim and we can only move as fast as they approve labor and parts. The repair began with a wheel and tire replacement, then a bent rear axle. After we received approval from your insurance company, they insisted we replace the rear end with a used rear end. After waiting for the rear end to arrive, it was delivered in poor condition. When the Lane Manager called to explain this to you on January 20th, you hung up on him. Now you're taking to social to tell everyone how terrible we are, that's an odd way to ask us to help with your vehicle.

First of all, I was never called. I hung up on a 3 way call after Kevin started the conversation with, "oh, she called you too".and then started yelling at me when he was caught in a lie about who ordered the wrong part. George Moore and Geico are both responsible for this colossal screw up.And Im the one paying for it, as a matter of fact it has cost me almost 3k. I dont need this headache, my husband has S4 lung cancer, Im missing work and paying for a truck i havent seen in 2 months. Get it fixed, stop passing the blame around and just fix it already. The part has been there almost 3 weeks......whats the hold up now?? Whos fault is it, that its not done now? Not mine for sure.

You also left out the fact that the wrong part was ordered TWICE. And nobody from this dealership has called me, I call you, every time. The G.M. hasnt even responded to my phone calls. None of you are really trying to get it done and returned to me. This is definitely no way to conduct business.
