Mike Sumner made buying a car easy Our car was totaled on Sunday. Tuesday we talked with Mike about needing a Malibu but would need to get tow equipment installed before heading back n Our car was totaled on Sunday. Tuesday we talked with Mike about needing a Malibu but would need to get tow equipment installed before heading back north on Saturday. He said that should be no problem. We purchased the car on Tuesday and he was able to arrange to have everything installed on Thursday. I hate shopping for cars but Mike made it easy. More

He was also very knowledgable about the cars on the lot (I hate when a car salesmen has to go back to the computer to look up simple details). He was also very easy to get ahold of and see (a must when you want your ready to close). Overall it was the best car buying experience I've had, Mike truly knows what he's doing and takes pleasure in provide the best (unlike someone who is just trying to collect a paycheck!). Finding a genuine car salesman is hard nowadays and I just want people to know how impressed I was with him. He will be my go to man from now on. More
